Growing up, Caroline developed a deep love for equestrian sports, competing in English Hunter Jumper from a young age and even participating in a college equestrian team. This unique experience has equipped her with specialized knowledge of properties with equestrian facilities.

Caroline's educational journey led her to earn a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with a minor in nutrition, which speaks volumes about her dedication to health and wellness. But her passion doesn't stop there. After moving to San Antonio, Caroline and her husband ventured into the world of real estate investing. Over the past seven years, they've embarked on fix-and-flip projects and have now shifted their focus towards short-term rentals, with plans to expand their Airbnb portfolio by the end of the summer.

As an experienced Airbnb host, she manages all of their properties, ensuring that guests have unforgettable stays. Her background in fitness, combined with her real estate investment experience, makes her a powerhouse of knowledge and expertise. Caroline's husband, a senior manager at Boeing, adds to their well-grounded family life in San Antonio.
